Shop Tour
Today we had a tour. There is a local Christian college called Toccoa Falls College about 15 minutes away from us, and some business people from Brazil are visiting the United States to learn English. Last year one of them came to the states and received Christ as his Savior and Lord. So when he and some business people came this year, the pastor of the church at Toccoa Falls decided they should see a Christian business, so they came here for a tour.
Dad starts off in the conference room telling them a bit about the history of the company, and also how it is built on Christ as its foundation.

Then the tour moves out into the shop to see how things are made. Its really pretty neat.

Another neat thing about the tour was that it brought along with it… Christian!!!

Back before this blog was started, Christian worked in the office answering phones. Then he moved from the office out into production. Then he moved on. Sort-of. He’ll still go to shows and show up at work every now and then. Its cool how some of the employees show up even after they’ve moved on. Not long ago (I guess it was Christmas so it was a while ago), we all took off for Ryan’s for the Christmas party. Well, Miriam who worked here her last furlough (she’s a missionary) covered the phones for us! Christian has done that too I believe.
