If you are unhappy for any reason, send the product back in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. We will either ship you a replacement prepaid or refund your purchase price.

Also, should a problem occur with an order due to system or clerical error in addition to the above we will cover any shipping costs necessary to rectify it.
