Medical Insurance: Company offers a voluntary wellness program paid by the company for the employee. Initially the employee medical insurance co-pay is 15%. If the employee chooses to participate in the wellness program they have the potential for a reduction in premium co-pay. As the employee reaches their goals set by the wellness program, the employee co-pay may reduce to 10%, 5%, or 0%.

Company offers insurance coverage with Nationally recognized insurance broker and carriers. The Company covers 100% of employee premiums for the following insurances: Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, and Short and Long Term Disability. The disability insurance is reflected post tax to enable full disability proceeds with no tax obligation.

Company offers paid time off benefits (vacation, personal/sick days, and holidays) based on experience and tenure.

IT MANAGER (DIRECTOR OF IT)

Requirements:

  • 10 or more years of experience in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent education and experience. Master degree and post-graduate studies are a plus.
  • 3 or more years of management experience required
  • Microsoft Certifications desired
  • Experience implementing/managing Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, etc..)
  • Experience with Linux Operating Systems
  • Virtualization Experience desired

Accounting Supervisor

Reports to: CEO

 

Requirements:

  • Strong General Ledger and accounting background
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting or related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Accounting
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Commanding knowledge of Excel, MS Office (ERP experience and Access background helpful)
  • Experience with multiple software is beneficial
  • Proficiency in cost accounting, financial statement reporting, and payroll tax preparation
  • Management of accounting specialist pertaining to data entry and report preparation

 

Activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage overall accounting functions insuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Daily communication and training in development of overall knowledge of accounting understanding by managers and department heads
  • Payroll tasks including preparation, posting, problem solving, and 401k processing
  • Process all federal, state and local tax payments and returns
  • Manage accounts receivable with accounting specialist in charge
  • Oversee accounts payable and review for consistency and timeliness

CAD Technician

System Technician

  • Knowledge of computer hardware including – sound cards, video cards, RAM, CPU, motherboards, etc.

Marketing Assistant

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop
  • The ability to pick up a working knowledge of a CRM, a website CMS, basic HTML, web-based programs such as an email marketing client, and video production software
