The thing I like about the 10 inch Devonshire Leg is that it can be attached to the piece as an integral part of the item. It is not something that you screw onto the piece after the joinery is finished. Personally, I've used dowels and sometimes even biscuits (I know...I'm supposed to call it plate joinery, but let's be real here, they're biscuits). I've also used the hardware leg brackets and hanger bolts that are also available at Osborne Wood Products. Having the 10 inch Devonshire Leg as a part of the overall construction really helps to create a strong piece.
