Not FoundThe first step is to drill a 1/4 wide hole through the bottom of your bun foot; where the bottom of the hole is 1” from the top of the bun foot leaving 1” of material between the flat surface and the bottom of the hole.

A second 1/8 widehole will be drilled through the remainder of the bun foot. In this situation we are using 2 ½” #8 screws. The screws will drive into your piece nearly 1 ¾” allowing for some compression. If the bottom of your piece is less than 1 ¼” thick you may want to use a shorter screw.
