Apply glue liberally to the 45-degree cuts on the bracket.

Slide the bracket onto the skirt-leg assembly, double checking for proper position.

Screw it into place, making sure that the screws do not come out the other side!

Shown here is a hanger bolt with nut and washer.

This is a typical use for this hardware. Put the washer on first, then tighten the nut down.
