Our Manchester Hutch Island Leg provides nineteen inches of space up top to accommodate a very generous apron that in turn can accommodate an equally generous arrangement of drawers. If drawers are not required this leg may be utilized to provide a welcome amount of open shelf storage instead. In either case, the lower sixteen and a half inches below the block is finished as a beautifully turned leg. The leg is separated from the square block by a pair of turned rings before swelling and then withdrawing to a simple turned slope that flares outward one final time before terminating in a small bun.
