It's been a long time since the 2-sided tapered foot was in vogue. The art deco period was directly overlayed onto the Craftsman or Mission period. Designers like Gustav Stickley and Frank Lloyd Wright were instrumental in the furniture and styling of that time. While it was a little slow to catch on back in the 1950's, it became a little more accepted in the 1960's. Today, we find ourselves yearning to use these 8 inch 2-sided Tapered Feet as much as we can. Maybe we want to bring back a simpler time, reflecting the fun of our childhood.
