2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. I have nothing but praise for the products I have received from Osborn. Don’t change a thing.

The product description was very accurate, the specification was spot on, and the order procedures were straightforward, with no issues.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. I’d suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

Great service and very fast turnaround! I received a great product that was customized to my dimensions and fit perfectly in the planned space of my kitchen island.

The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. As always the Leg Kit arrived unscathed from shipping and ready for finishing and final assembly.

The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Sales staff were very knowledgeable and were able to find exactly what I was looking for in your large inventory. The follow up calls regarding my order were sincerely appreciated. I will be a return customer.
