Received items as described. The shipping was delayed 1 day due to bad weather. The only complaint I have is the turned feet weren't sanded very well . Alot of cross grain scratches. Maybe take it to a finer grit on the lathe.
Worked great on my customers project!

Service was great! I had ordered 4 four inch furniture legs months ago for a table I am building and as I finally approached the end of this project, realized that the table would be more stable with a fifth leg. Ordered the leg and within a few days it arrived.
October 9, 2025Didn't anticipate when I was referred to Osborn that it would be so expensive for the part. Service was good, received it as per the date stated. Box was torn on end however the merchandise was not damaged. Instructions were adequate.
February 6, 2026The product was well priced, exquisite in quality, and delivered promptly. This company has old school quality customer service that you dont find in most companies today. They reached out to me, unsolicited, to make sure I received my product and to make sure it was what I ordered and that I was pleased with the quality. I definitely recommend this business for their outstanding customer service and beautifully made products

December 18, 2025I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.

My two suggestion are:
-offer additional wood species
-offer longer length table frame options
You had the wood bases I need for my table project and the wood I wanted them in. Reasonable price. Arrived on time. Already installed. A pleasure doing business with you.

January 2, 2026Ordered 2 legs (part # 1390H) and 4 finials, one leg had a delamination split, not a big deal, had to fill and sand before staining. Overall, I was very happy with the products and would order again. I took a picture if anyone wants to see it. Thanks for your time, ***
