Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • Shift M, T, Th,  F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. W 7:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
  • Proficiency with using various computer software such as Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn customer service software applications
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy while multi tasking
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent command of the English language: Speaking, Reading, and Writing
  • Team Player
  • Wood working experience a plus
  • May be asked to do cross training
  • Compliance with all company policy
  • Proficient key boarding skills, minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Consistent, punctual attendance in compliance with company policies

Activities will include but not limited to:

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests
  • Answering customer emails and chats
  • Product knowledge and familiarity
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Ability to help customers understand their needs
  • Sell product and place customer orders in computer system
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
  • Assisting walk-in customers
  • Filing as needed
  • Additional job responsibility’s assigned by your manager

Compensation - Pay based upon experience.
