Board and Batten Wall Topped Off with Osborne Brackets

If you have been dreaming about dressing up a boring wall in your home, take a look at this beautiful board and batten wall that was created by Katy Keene and posted on her blog and Instagram page. Katy used Osborne’s 6″ x 6″ Traditional Bracket (Part #8722) to fabricate a functional shelf above the board and batten design for her clients. The blank wall in the entryway needed some interest and excitement, which was nicely constructed and attractively finished with a uniform off-white painted finish. Just add a few well-placed accessories on the shelf and some stylish furniture and voila–a lovely entryway is born!

The Traditional Bracket is a wonderful example of pure simplicity that is useful in both contemporary and traditional projects. The gently rounded corners create a slight adornment to the otherwise straight Shaker lines of this piece. This petite bracket is useful for areas where a strong, small and simple support is needed.
