Reeded Moulding Transformed to Panels for Stunning Facade

Our friend Chris over at Duncwoods discovered a unique and eye-catching way to dress up a chest. We think you will love this very creative use of our Carved Reeded Moulding (Part #88991140). The moulding is 96″ long and 2″ wide. You may be asking yourself how such a large surface area could be covered with just a 2″ wide moulding, and although it may not be obvious in the photo, Chris created a panel-look by placing many 2″ strips of moulding side by side until the entire area was covered! With just a little patience and enough strips of moulding, you can put together a reeded panel that is sure to impress.

Do you see how additional architectural interest was achieved by framing shorter reeded strips in the center of the drawer panel? Chris gets two thumbs up from Osborne– we couldn’t be more impressed! This chest makes such a great statement from any angle.
