Osborne Team Visits Las Vegas for KBIS 2023
The Osborne show team traveled to Las Vegas to attend the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) from January 31 to February 2, 2023. This event invites thousands of attendees from all over the globe to visit with leading companies of the kitchen and bath industry. These companies are able to share their newest products as well as what they do best with designers, builders, business owners and more. This year’s show experienced the best turnout of the last decade with over 200,000 people in attendance.
“We are excited about our KBIS show experience as both current customers and future customers saw this show as a time of discovery. For many, exploring the number of product lines as well as our over 4,000 unique products was enlightening,” stated Leon Osborne, CEO of Osborne Wood Products. “Customer engagement was at an all-time high and we anticipate an upsurge of filling customer needs in the upcoming weeks.”
Osborne unveiled a newly-designed exhibit this year which featured several interactive product displays. Popular corbels, moulding, posts, furniture feet and more were shown on spinning panels allowing easy access for interested customers.
“I absolutely loved the new layout of our booth. It was definitely an eye catcher,” said Diana Jackson, customer service representative.
“Seeing the new booth come to fruition was one of my favorite aspects of the show,” said Emily Dorsey, marketing specialist. “This project took several team members to accomplish and was intended to be engaging for customers – I think it definitely achieved that result.”
The three-day event allowed the Osborne team to meet with hundreds of prospective buyers as well as current customers. The team was able to hear customer feedback, discuss new projects, answer questions and more.
“I enjoyed speaking to everyone there and as always putting names to faces,” Diana shared. “One thing I know for sure with Osborne is that you are valued as a person first and being at KBIS showcases how much we care no matter how big or small a project.”
Overall, it was a successful week full of exciting possibilities and promising connections.
