Dining Legs For Tall Nightstands

Sometimes, a regular nightstand just won't work, especially if you have a tall bed. This conundrum can easily be solved by using dining legs for a nightstand instead of coffee-table-height legs. The difference is about eight inches, and it very nicely delivers the surface of a bedside table to the height of a tall bed, for easy access to all the necessary items we reach for from our bed.
We are really happy that McLean's Refinishing in Watkinsville, GA sent us this photo of two tall, red oak nightstands that were fabricated with dining legs instead of shorter legs. This creates a much taller profile for a nightstand than normally seen. Osborne's Two-Sided Tapered Dining Table Leg, part 1082, was used for each nightstand. We love the look, and the creativity that was used to solve this height issue!
