Stay at Home Mom Makes Woodworking Look Easy
Today’s fantastic work of art is from our friend Iveta! Iveta is a stay at home mom with two little boys who are both under the age of 3. While being a stay at home mom is a full time job, somehow Iveta found a way to create a gorgeous entryway table for her home! She created this table by using two of our Massive Islander Posts (Part #1452) in Knotty Pine and we couldn’t love it more!
This was Iveta’s first woodworking project on her own. She shared with us that her husband was away for work during the period that she created this masterpiece so she had to improvise on how to get it to work just right. She doesn’t have a workshop at home like some of our blogger friends and she also doesn’t have the correct tools. This beautiful table was created with just a hand saw and a circular saw on the ground or on her picnic table. Now how creative is that?
According to Iveta, “It was a challenge but I really enjoyed it and I am very happy with how it turned out.” We couldn’t agree more that it turned out beautifully and we hope to see more projects from you soon! This table is truly a masterpiece.
