Catalogs Galore

A couple of weeks ago, our new catalogs were stuck in customs, delaying their arrival. In the meantime, we sent out every single old catalog we had! Our dedicated customer service department had to resort to writing down the name and address of everyone who called in needing a catalog, with the promise to send it out as soon as it arrived. You may wonder, in only a few weeks, how many names could that possibly be?

Well, when the catalogs finally came through last week, we found out. An entire day was spent preparing the mailing labels and packages. At the end, we mailed over 675 pounds of catalogs to our customers! Fortunately, there were still plenty left-over.
