Osborne Wood Products Offers "Boot Camp for Supervisors"

Osborne Wood Products, Inc. recently offered “Boot Camp for Supervisors” training for the department leads and members of the leadership team. Attorney Jonathan Martin of Constangy, Brooks, Smith, & Prophete, LLP. conducted the training. Martin is an attorney of note practicing in employment litigation for corporations. The training consisted of time spent reviewing the requirements for business leaders as reflected in case law along with broad leadership training.
