The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. Only problem is total cast, by the time you add duty, freight and taxes it very expensive. Eight table legs less than ***us cat me nearly ***. cad. I have ordered a catalogue and will see if there is anything else I could use

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.

Really nothing to improve here - I picked the product of my liking and ordered it. I received the product fast and it was exactly how it was described and, more important, exactly how I imagined it to be.
A small detail for improvement. I ordered the first time with Osborne and I could not create an user account during the order process - it would not accept my email address. I had to create an account first and then log in to order.
