There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.
I am extremely happy with their products and service. The many cherry carvings I ordered are breath taking and look amazing on the bar in our home. They are the first thing your eyes go to when observing the bar. It truly makes my project unique.
The items I ordered arrived undamaged due to the excellent packaging the company offers. Osborne has a large selection of woods in various styles to choose from that will accentuate your project. I would definitely buy from them again.

You had the product - square, wood, drawer knobs - that I could not find locally. I will shop again the next time I can't find what I'm looking for to finish a project.
I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.

I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.
Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.
I was very impressed but how fast I received my product. I've been trying to avoid Amazon by shopping with smaller businesses and Prime can't beat Osborne shipping time. Nice variety of products also allowed me to find exactly what I needed. The shipping was a little pricey, but I didn't order much and I understand you don't have much control over that. Otherwise, I don't really have any areas of improvement. I expect to shop here in the future and recommend you to anyone working on projects like me!

The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.
