I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.

My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. Id suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

I am extremely happy with their products and service. The many cherry carvings I ordered are breath taking and look amazing on the bar in our home. They are the first thing your eyes go to when observing the bar. It truly makes my project unique.

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. The product and service are excellent. Keep working on your packaging solutions to get rid of styrofoam. I appreciate that you used some recyclable packing materials, but the styrofoam is nasty and creates a waste issue. Thanks!
The leg was much nicer than expected. Also they call and check to make sure everything was good I will be ordering again. My table is very strong with the legs. And my wife loves them too
We received a damaged table leg and Customer Service was outstanding to assist us in correcting the issue.
I had to call my order in as I had some trouble with my online order. The woman at the other end was very helpful and pleasant. She took my order quickly and my order was delivered in short order. Very happy with the experience.
