2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. I have nothing but praise for the products I have received from Osborn. Dont change a thing.

I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.

Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

I am a repeat customer. Excellent product at great price with quick delivery. I do wish there was a cheaper shipping option though even if it took a few more days to arrive.
We received a damaged table leg and Customer Service was outstanding to assist us in correcting the issue.
The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
We had a very good experience with Osborne. The materials came faster than we expected and arrived in excellent condition
