The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.

There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.

The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.

Osborne and its staff went above and beyond providing me with a great product (table legs) and a outside the box request to plane 6 boards for my table top. I call that exceptional, along with the very helpful staff. Thanks again!!

I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. I had to return the first order because the legs I chose were too large for my table and they made the return very easy. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them to all!

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.
