Product came in time, and exactly what I wanted and ordered.
The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.
Great service and even received a follow up call for our small order.

I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.

Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench.
