I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. This speaks volumes for this company that there process and procedures are in alignment. I wish my company was that organized. I will be purchasing from them again.
I love the set of maple legs I purchased from Osborn Wood. A local wood shop, Long Leaf Wood, made an amazing desk with them and I'm very pleased. It was our first time using Osborne Wood Products and we were blown away! Every step of the way I dealt with someone who was professional, kind and efficient. Each step was explained and the process moved quickly and expertly.
There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.

I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.
