I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

I use the products all the time for the stools I make. Shipment is super fast always!!

I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.
