only took one phone call to get done what i needed. once agreed thats what i wanted confirmed through email and 8 days later it showed up on my doorstep. follow up phone call from company confirmed i had it and was pleased with their work. definitely would order from this company again.

The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.

Sales staff were very knowledgeable and were able to find exactly what I was looking for in your large inventory. The follow up calls regarding my order were sincerely appreciated. I will be a return customer.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.

Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. The rating is for both the products (I buy inlay strips for various woodworking projects) and for the customer service Osborne. They are helpful when I'm placing an order and I always appreciate the follow-up call that they make to confirm that I'm happy with my products.

Very satisfied with the mouldiings had to match existing cabinets and the egg and dart molding was perfect.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.
