Only problem is total cast, by the time you add duty, freight and taxes it very expensive. Eight table legs less than ***us cat me nearly ***. cad. I have ordered a catalogue and will see if there is anything else I could use

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
I live in the US Virgin Islands. I needed help to place my order for over seas delivery. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Received the chair legs I ordered timely and without a snag. Thank you. Donna
The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.

Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.

Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.
