Excellent customer service, I’ve used the pedestal slides several times and recently used the standard slides for a 17’ table. The slides at heavy duty and I would recommend them to anyone!!

I love the set of maple legs I purchased from Osborn Wood. A local wood shop, Long Leaf Wood, made an amazing desk with them and I'm very pleased. I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. This speaks volumes for this company that there process and procedures are in alignment. I wish my company was that organized. I will be purchasing from them again.

Company called immediately after I ordered online to let me know my selection would be slightly delayed. We worked out an alternative selection that was in stock and it was promptly shipped. Cost on alternative was adjusted to the original pricing. Furniture feet arrived and are great. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
