I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.

The product and service are excellent. Keep working on your packaging solutions to get rid of styrofoam. I appreciate that you used some recyclable packing materials, but the styrofoam is nasty and creates a waste issue. Thanks!

The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,
The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Just what I was looking for.....however the shipping was high.
I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. My table legs shipped the same day and I received the shipment 2 days later. Incredible customer service, and the quality is great. Highly recommend Osborne to anyone, I will be using them again!!
The ordering process was very easy and very price forward. There was no hidden fees. Every wood had the price next to it so cost was well known. Shipping was fast and very well packaged.
I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.
