Appreciate the replacement of the one damaged leg we ordered. Customer service was very professional and helpful.

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

This was my first time working with Osbourne wood products and I found the staff i worked with to be professional and responsive.

I called to ask about replacing a 150 year leaf extension table hardware set. Was given great advice and explained to thoroughly the different options available. Arrived in a couple of days and was extremely easy to install. 10/10 could not have asked for better service and product.

Order arrived quickly (2 days) and was exactly what was needed to repair our dining table. I also received a call checking if order arrived and was OK. A nice touch I appreciated. No more sag in table and operates as it should. We are very pleased.

2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. I have nothing but praise for the products I have received from Osborn. Don’t change a thing.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. I’d suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)

Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.
