Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.

Our company doesn't require the products very often, but when we do, the service we get from Osborne is always good quality and the service is very efficient.
Customer support was outstanding. Embarrassed that I can't remember the associate's name, but she was patient, friendly and very helpful. She made me comfortable with the decision that I had tentatively made and her expertise was evident as she talked me through the reasons this particular product met my requirements.

The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. I was able to complete the process in the matter of a couple of minutes. I am satisfied with the outcome of the entire process. Everyone was easy to deal with and very professional.
The order was received quickly after placing online, and received in good condition. I was also happy to receive a personal call a day later to confirm we had received the order as expected. Great Customer Service and the corbel we received was beautiful. :)
