The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.

Excellent customer service. Fast shipping, there have been many times I'll receive my table legs in less than 24 hrs. Reliable product, I've never received anything from them that wasn't top quality. Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)

The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

I am totally satisfied with both the service and the product. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone. I received my order amazingly quickly and the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The circa 1840’s country desk is going to have a new life after missing it’s feet for who knows how many decades.

Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

Items were shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. An Osborne rep called and checked on the shipment to be sure everything was correct and in good shape.

I am a relative newbie to wood working and will never have the tools to build stable completely on my own. The table base kits I have purchased have allowed me to build a beautiful table twice .

I am extremely happy with their products and service. The many cherry carvings I ordered are breath taking and look amazing on the bar in our home. They are the first thing your eyes go to when observing the bar. It truly makes my project unique.
