I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.

Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. My table legs shipped the same day and I received the shipment 2 days later. Incredible customer service, and the quality is great. Highly recommend Osborne to anyone, I will be using them again!!

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

your product quality is first class and your employees service your clients well. Sara earned double points on this order for her patience. the only point i would make is that it should be possible to give freight estimates prior to going through the CAD process to avoid miunderstandings in the early process. The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.

The pedestal base was delivered very quickly. Quality is outstanding. Only small issue was some slight damage to one of the legs that most likely occurred during shipping. Sanded right out. Very happy with the product and customer service. Loved the follow up call to check on our satisfaction. Great selection of products!

The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,
