The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,
The product was beautiful. the customer was very satisfied with it.
Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
I had a job a while ago where I had some posts that the glue seam showed through when we painted them. Osborne Wood Products representatives took care of the issue and sent me new posts right away so I would have a happy customer. Thanks, I really appreciate that! Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
Great products. Always receive a call to make sure the order is correct and in good condition. They have a wide selection of wood products which is very convenient. I have been using there services for a long time and have never been disappointed. Thank you.
The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.
I had to call my order in as I had some trouble with my online order. The woman at the other end was very helpful and pleasant. She took my order quickly and my order was delivered in short order. Very happy with the experience.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.
