Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. The product and service are excellent. Keep working on your packaging solutions to get rid of styrofoam. I appreciate that you used some recyclable packing materials, but the styrofoam is nasty and creates a waste issue. Thanks!
Walnut feet arrived fast and appeared as advertised. What was nice is the follow up phone call and email and show my satisfaction.

Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.
Never an issue ordering with Osborne. I'm in middle Ga and have a custom cabinet company and we always send our clients to the website to pick out their island legs.

your product quality is first class and your employees service your clients well. I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.
I am beyond pleased with not only the craftsmanship and high quality of the oak pyramids I purchased, but with the fantastic customer service extended. Same day as order shipping. Well packaged. Follow up phone calls to see if order arrived and if I was happy with their product.

Quick Service. and I especially appreciate the after delivery phone call from Osbourne asking if I'd received the product, Was it of good quality and was there anything else they could do to assist with purchase opportunities? Service like this is top shelf and very usual coming from an online product provider.
The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
