Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
The ordered items were totally up to specs.Requested color matching was superb and delivery time was amazingly fast for a custom order.
It is always a pleasure to work with this company and there products never disappoint.
The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
I am beyond pleased with not only the craftsmanship and high quality of the oak pyramids I purchased, but with the fantastic customer service extended. Same day as order shipping. Well packaged. Follow up phone calls to see if order arrived and if I was happy with their product.

I have ordered from Osborne several times. They deliver quickly and the faux bamboo trim is always great. It's not easy to find so I am glad to have found this company.
The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.
The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.
