I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.
Products always received on time and in great shape will continue to be used in the future.
The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. Id suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.
Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. I have nothing but praise for the products I have received from Osborn. Dont change a thing.
The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
your product quality is first class and your employees service your clients well. Sara earned double points on this order for her patience. the only point i would make is that it should be possible to give freight estimates prior to going through the CAD process to avoid miunderstandings in the early process. The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. As always the Leg Kit arrived unscathed from shipping and ready for finishing and final assembly.
Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.
Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. I had to return the first order because the legs I chose were too large for my table and they made the return very easy. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them to all!

I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.
