Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board peg area. Sorry cant remember proper names. Thanks!

The pedestal base was delivered very quickly. Quality is outstanding. Only small issue was some slight damage to one of the legs that most likely occurred during shipping. Sanded right out. Easy ordering good selection fair pricing arrived on time and Osborne followed up to see that the order arrived.
Delivery was much faster than promised. Wood quality was very good. Appreciated the follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable and my orders have been relatively small. Only possible suggestion would be if the faux bamboo would have been sanded a little more - but understand some customers may want it slightly rough.
I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.
