Quality product. Quick Service. and I especially appreciate the after delivery phone call from Osbourne asking if I'd received the product, Was it of good quality and was there anything else they could do to assist with purchase opportunities? Service like this is top shelf and very usual coming from an online product provider.

The quality of the product was very good. I would definitely use Osborne as my go to for furniture parts.
The website is a little difficult to use. There is not a return button or an easy way to return to the home page.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.

The order was received quickly after placing online, and received in good condition. I was also happy to receive a personal call a day later to confirm we had received the order as expected. Great Customer Service and the corbel we received was beautiful. :)

First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. Really nothing to improve here - I picked the product of my liking and ordered it. I received the product fast and it was exactly how it was described and, more important, exactly how I imagined it to be.
A small detail for improvement. I ordered the first time with Osborne and I could not create an user account during the order process - it would not accept my email address. I had to create an account first and then log in to order.

The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out.
