Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. The website was very easy to use. My order was processed and shipped within a day! I received my order two days later. Everything was in excellent condition. The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. I would recommend Osborne to anyone and I would order from there again.

The cost of shipping and handling was SHOCKING. But I ordered anyway because I need the pieces for my project.

Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.

Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.

Very satisfied. Would recommend Osborne highly. They had a terrific array of wood products, and most importantly, exactly what I needed.

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
