Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
I dont know of any areas you could improve. Your price was competitive and the service was unbelievably super fast. I was in commercial construction for 45 years dealing with suppliers and sub contractors all over North America at major airports. It was a pleasure working with Diana and Kevin.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
