Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.

Product came in time, and exactly what I wanted and ordered.

My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.

Very quick processing and good communication. Website wasn't the most user friendly as it took a little while to find what I was looking for, had to scroll through a number of items that weren't relevant to my search.

It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. The shipping costs are high given the weight and size, especially since other companies offer much lower shipping costs or offer it free through Amazon Prime.

Our company doesn't require the products very often, but when we do, the service we get from Osborne is always good quality and the service is very efficient.

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
