the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.

The product was exactly what I needed and it was described and pictured perfectly on line. It arrived in a few days. Couldn’t ask for any better service or product.
