2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
