We had an issue with delivery (fed-ex) and Osborne immediately followed up with the delivery service and acknowledged our concerns. Excellent customer service and care!
Products are top notch too!

The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

I was so happy when I found this company. I described the product that I needed and they found it for me immediately. Shipment was quick and the price was excellent. Customer service was amazing. Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.

The customer service from Osborne was above board. Their pricing was better than Amazon. They shipped immediately, I believe I received my order within 2 days. I would definitely give this company 5 stars!! The company even followed up with a phone call to make sure the quality of the product met my expectations - phenomenal :)
