Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.
