I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.

I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out.
