Ordering online was quick and easy. Shipment came in a timely fashion. Packing seemed a little worn. But materials came undamaged. We have ordered twice with Osborne. Extremely helpful if you need it. Good quality of products.

Excellent customer service, I’ve used the pedestal slides several times and recently used the standard slides for a 17’ table. The slides at heavy duty and I would recommend them to anyone!!

My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. I’d suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.

I had to call my order in as I had some trouble with my online order. The woman at the other end was very helpful and pleasant. She took my order quickly and my order was delivered in short order. Very happy with the experience.

The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.

The website was very easy to use. My order was processed and shipped within a day! I received my order two days later. Everything was in excellent condition. The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. This company was excellent to work with and went the extra mile to get some information I requested on the product before I purchased.

Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board “peg” area. Sorry can’t remember proper names. Thanks!
