I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.
Although disappointed in the backorder of the wood, our order was delivered 10 days earlier than expected. We were able to finish our client's job on time! Awesome product!

Company called immediately after I ordered online to let me know my selection would be slightly delayed. We worked out an alternative selection that was in stock and it was promptly shipped. Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
My island legs arrived in a couple of days and was packaged very well. Plan on continuing to make future purchases.
